1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Stirling Method's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

The Stirling Method provides web design and development services, including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Responsive and mobile-optimized websites
• Content management system integration
• E-commerce solutions
• Website maintenance and support

3. Project Scope & Timeline

Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Delayed client feedback or content provision
• Changes to project scope
• Technical complexities
• Third-party dependencies

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment structure:

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur fees and project suspension

5. Revisions

The number of revision rounds is specified in your package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra charges. Major scope changes will require a separate agreement and additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Client receives ownership of final website design and content
• The Stirling Method retains rights to underlying code and frameworks
• The Stirling Method may showcase the project in our portfolio
• Client must provide legally obtained content and materials

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary content, images, and materials
• Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Maintaining hosting and domain registrations (if applicable)

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and competently. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or traffic levels. Websites are provided "as is" after the warranty period specified in your package.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Stirling Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
